Habitat uses the best method shipping platform to utilize the most
economical, efficient, and quality-conscious shipment of wine to our
customers. We use UPS ground shipments for most orders, except during
the summer months. We ship FedEx to West Virginia. We charge our customers
only what it costs us to have our wine shipped to you safely and legally.
Please note, all Habitat wines will be shipped by Napa Wine Company.
Habitat is compliant with state laws, and currently direct ships wine
to consumers in the United States to the following states: Alaska,
California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, New Mexico,
Oregon, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Minnesota consumers:
please call the winery 866-422-4818 to place your order; orders placed
online are prohibited in the state, although interstate direct shipments
are not. We do not ship to states not mentioned above. (For more information

Here are some suggestions for streamlining delivery of your purchase:
- We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to business,
rather than home, addresses.
- To avoid in-transit temperature extremes during the summer months,
we offer UPS 2nd Day Air for orders shipped outside of California,
Oregon and Washington . We may also delay shipments if the heat

Habitat sells and ships wine only to persons 21 years of age or
older. To place an order you must provide your date of birth, as
well as certify that you are 21 years or older. By placing this
order with Habitat you certify under penalty of perjury that you
and the recipient of this shipment are at least 21 years old.
When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show
identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient
is a crime in most states, and if you willfully misrepresent your
age or the age of the recipient, we will cooperate with authorities
to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.
Returning or Exchanging an Item:
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it. Wine must be returned within one week of delivery.
To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:
1. Circle the item(s) you are returning on the order form included
with your purchase.
2. Please write the reason for the return at the bottom of the order
3. If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the item you would
like us to send at the bottom of the form. Please be sure to indicate
the address where you would like us to send the exchanged item if
different from the original address.
4. Pack and seal your return item along with the order receipt.
5. Return item(s) to Habitat C/O Napa Wine Company, 7830-40 St.

Note: The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited
in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles
for the credit to appear on your bill. Napa Wine Company is providing
all merchant and wine shipping services. The charge on your credit
card, therefore, will be from "Napa Wine Company," not
Habitat. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we
have sent the wrong item.
